RETURNS OR EXCHANGES
These Refund and Return Terms apply to the vacuum cleaner sales website operated by StoneHarbor LLC (hereinafter referred to as “the Company”). By placing an order through this website, you indicate that you have read and agreed to the following refund and return policy.

The return request must be submitted within 30 days of receipt.
The item must be in its original packaging, with all accessories included, and not severely used or damaged by the customer.

II. Non-Returnable Items

III. Refund Process

The user follows the instructions to return the item to the designated return address.
We receive and inspect the item’s condition.

Shipping Costs:
For returns not due to quality issues, shipping costs are borne by the user.
For returns due to quality issues or incorrect shipments, reasonable return shipping costs will be borne by our company.
